Notice of Infringement
To file a notice of infringement with us, you must provide a written communication (by email or regular mail) that includes substantially the following:

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication sent to our designated agent that includes substantially the following:

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

After we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If we do not receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action seeking an order to restrain the alleged infringement within ten (10) business days, we will restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
BallHosting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
